Home Grown Music is a show dedicated to every new and upcoming Country Music Artist. This is a Listener review Show. So both the Artists & the Listeners play a huge part in this show. We understand that the music industry is hard to get a start in and cost alot of money to do it. This show is designed for musicians to get new music heard. We have listeners locally and all across the world via website, facebook & phone apps. This show will launch on Mondays at 7:00 pm. We will play all music submitted and ask the listeners to review by email or by chat below. If we recieve positive feedback about a particular song.. we bring it back next week..then on to our normal playlist. We report to several charts.. Music Row....New Music Weekly.. Roots and more.
We have listeners all over the world as well as local FM radio. So much great music. We get so many songs in, its hard to respond back to everyone. But just so everyone knows, ALL music we get does go into playlist on this show. So if you wanna be played, make sure to send us a MP3. Please tag your music with artist name and song. You can find free software that will tag your music for you. Just google Tag MP3 software...choose the easiest one for you. Tagging is important when sending music to radio..without the proper info..the music gets lost.
We have recently seen artists go from the show and start charting. Usually artists will debut on charts like Roots, Cashbox..and then move on to Music Row. Congratulations to those who have. You guys have great talent and deserve to be heard. We have pulled alot of music from the show to our normal playlist..some get as many requests as our Mainstream music.
